Extension and conversion, Noel Road, W3

This pair of semi detached houses in West Acton is being significantly reshaped to suit the needs of each of the two owners.

A phased planning strategy was developed, with the first phase creating a full width first floor rear extension to both properties. Traditionally this is not possible, but by submitting a joint application Chiswick Architecture was able to secure this additional space.

The second phase involves a two storey side extension to the right hand side property and its split into two self contained apartments. This property will now be converted from a 3 bedroom house into two generous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family apartments each with large private gardens.
